When we came to Alaska we received a big box from one of our supporting churches full of Christmas gifts. It was such a blessing as all gifts were very special - just what we wanted and needed! And even more...

Back to Alaska!
Ok, so it's been a week, but we are back home in Alaska!
After nearly three weeks of temperatures in Alaska ranging between -12 and -35 (yes, you read that right) we ended up flying back on the day it decided to climb up to nearly 40+ degrees AND start raining! Needless to say the road between Soldotna and Anchorage was very bad so we elected to stay the night in a hotel and fly home in the morning rather than risk a 3 hour drive on icy-wet roads through the mountains. Praise the Lord, we were actually given a FREE flight down to the Kenai peninsula which was a great blessing.
It is nice to be home after all the traveling we have been doing. We are pretty much settled back in and sync'ed with the local time.
I will ask prayer for all my girls, as they have all developed a nasty chest cold/cough in the last couple of days, not sure where it came from. Vicka is suffering the worst, so please pray for her.
Other than that, we are doing well.
Thank you all so much for all the prayers during out time in Michigan. We made several new contacts and the Lord greatly blessed us during out 5 weeks in the lower 48. We look forward to this new year and what the Lord has planned for us!
