Going to check the mail box

It was such a sunny day today that we decided to go and check our mailbox. Emma was showing us the way as it also was her AWANA homework. The only person who was not happy about our walk was Anastasia. She doesn't like to be outdoors and on the way back she was very cranky.

Women's Retreat

Last weekend I went to the Women's Retreat at Solid Rock Bible camp. It was organised by the women's board of the Soldotna Bible Chapel (our church) and the theme was "Loving Well" by Beth Moore. I was blessed very much by the message and fellowship with other ladies in our church, especially since my "ticket" sponsored by a "secret friend". The food was wonderful and the location gorgeous. I didn't take many pictures, but here are a few.

Awana vest

I finally took a picture of Emma in her AWANA vest with all the patches that she earned so far. She loves AWANA's and she memorising lots of scripture. She is on the red team that is why she has a red name tag. For every verse she also gets a sticker in her Cubbie book and she gets a stamp on her hand for extra activity that we do together that the book asks you to do. By the end of her first year the letter "A" should be covered with patches:)

What about the snow angels

Yesterday was another snowy but warm day and we went outside to play some in the snow. Anastasia didn't want to walk in the deep snow, so she was just standing in one place. Emma did all kind of things. She tryed to build a snowman, she made snowballs, she did a snow angel and climbed on GJ's snowmashine pretending to ride it. She also stayed longer outside after Anastasia and I went home.

I like that it is getting warmer and we can go out to play in the snow:)

Our Valentine's Day

We went out for lunch with the girls and GJ and Emma got me some flowers and a small present. For dinner we went to the friends house where they had more friends and we did a lot of fun Valentine's things like: Valentine's hearts hunt and decorating cup cakes, Valentines jokes and play and prizes.

Another snowy day

It is snowing again and it has been snowing almost every day lately. I am so ready for summer! I want to fill some heat especially with my back giving me so much trouble... Last three days I felt the worse.
The good news is that we finally got all better after our two weeks cold and here a couple of pictures of the girls that I took on Tuesday.
Emma has been such a helper to me and I am so pleased with her attitude and behavior.
Anastasia does her own things mostly playing by herself and she likes to put her dolls to sleep:)
We like to go to the church TOTS gym time on Mondays where girls can play with other children and I can talk to other moms:) Emma is also enjoys her AWANA's she gets so excited every time she goes.
We still didn't find out who are we having as baby is breached and legs were folded again. Doctor thinks that we may not find out till the day it comes:)
