Our church had a summer picknic on the lake. It was cold and rainy just perfect picknic weather for true Alaskans:) Kids went swimming in the lake and Emma did as well. I let her to be in the water only for 5 or so minutes and she loved it so much:) She was cold and she was shaking too but so happy!

She is going to take two weeks of swimm lessons at the end of July:)

How cold was the water. I remember it being mid summer and the water still being like 50 degrees.
