This post starts a series of stories about my work for the local museum in Provideniya. You can get to know more about the culture of the Chukchi and Eskimo people who live in Chukotka the North East of Russia where we do our ministry.
We had several Cruise Ships coming this year and every time the tourists were met by the dancing group "Kasatochka" They were dancing traditional Chukchi dances and they were dressed in traditional Chukchi outfits made of the raindeer skin and decorated with fur and beads.
